The Eagles have signed WR Ron Johnson from the practice squad.
The rookie receiver spent the entire season on the Eagles practice squad after signing with the team on September 5.
Johnson (5-foot-10, 185) was a sixth-round draft choice by San Francisco in 2011 from USC, where he played in 47 games and totaled 3,501 all-purpose yards.
