Eagles trade Andrews, White; cut 12

The disappointing Stacy Andrews
The Philadelphia Eagles had an eventful cutdown day on Saturday trading disappointing right guard Stacy Andrews to the Seattle Seahawks for an undisclosed draft choice in 2011 and dealing LB Tracy White to the New England Patriots for a conditional draft choice in 2012.

Meanwhile, the team released WR Kelley Washington, WR Chad Hall, G Max Jean-Gilles, WR Jordan Norwood, TE Cornelius Ingram, C A.Q. Shipley, G/C Dallas Reynolds, G Fenuki Tupou, DE Eric Moncur, DT Jeff Owens, S Macho Harris and S Quintin Demps.

The Eagles roster now stands at 52 and they plan of re-signing Gilles tomorrow if he gets through waivers. The team couldn't keep him because the Andrews deal didn't go through by the 6 p.m. cut deadline.

A number of players cut will be brought back to the practice squad tomorrow. Hall, Ingram and Shipley have all reportedly been told to stick around .
