Eagles DE/LB Ricky Sapp underwent successful arthroscopic surgery today to debride his right knee, according to the team. The procedure was performed by team physician Peter DeLuca of the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia.
Sapp, a 5th round draft choice of the Eagles in 2010 from Clemson, was placed on the Injured Reserve list on August 31 and will miss the entire season.
