Philadelphia Union announced today that forward Sebastien Le Toux has received his Green Card, freeing up an international spot on the club's roster.
Finnish player Toni Stahl, Argentinean Eduardo Coudet, and Colombian Roger Torres are the team's only players to occupy international spots.
The Union's new signing of Juan Diego González Alzate will join the international roster upon receiving his International Transfer Certificate.
