Paul Holmgren's consistent inability to deal with abstract numbers under the NHL-enforced salary cap has netted a notable casualty: Longest-tenured Flyer Simon Gagne has been dealt to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
Multiple sources across North America indicate that in return the Flyers will receive defenseman Matt Walker and a fourth-round draft pick in 2011.
