A pair of oft-injured Philadelphia Eagles underwent surgeries on Monday.
Defensive End Victor Abiamiri underwent a procedure to have his right Achilles tendon repaired by Dr. Steve Raikin of the Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Abiamiri was placed on the Injured Reserve list on August 4.
Safety Marlin Jackson, meanwhile, had a sports hernia repaired by Dr. Bill Meyers at Thomas Jefferson Hospital.
