Sixers coaching search continues

PHILADELPHIA -You have to wonder if the Sixers' coaching search is NBA TV's first foray into reality television.

If Comedy Central isn't paying attention the league could call it "Indecision 2013."

At some point Sam Hinkie is going to have to give his rose to someone and will reportedly be continuing his hemming and hawing in New York this week, setting up second interviews with Boston Celtics assistant Jay Larranaga, Atlanta’s Kenny Atkinson, Chicago’s Adrian Griffin and San Antonio’s Brett Brown, , according to YAHOO! Sports’ Adrian Wojnarowski. This time Sixers’ managing partners Josh Harris and David Blitzer will also be involved, however, so maybe something will finally get done.

Of course Wojnarowski.also says Portland’s David Vanterpool and current Sixers’ assistant Michael Curry are also still in the mix.

And let's understand Phil Jackson and Red Auerbach could team up and the projected 2013-14 Sixers roster would max out at 20 to 25 wins.

On second thought, let's just call this an exercise in futility.
