Philadelphia - The Eagles have waived a wide receiver, just not the one you were expecting. At least not yet.
Philadelphia reached an injury settlement with and waived B.J. Cunningham, who has been curtailed with a foot problem.
A sixth-round pick of the Dolphins in 2012, the former Michigan State star was released by Miami after the preseason and spent the year on the Eagles’ practice squad. The 24-year-old Cunningham owns Spartans' school records for career receptions and yards.
