Francis to the 76ers?

Peter Vecsey of the New York Post presented a scenerio today that has the New York Knicks buying out Steve Francis' contract and the 76ers then picking up the guard after he clears waivers.

Vecsey continues on later in his article how he wouldn't be surprised if Chris Webber ended up in the Big Apple after Philly buys out his contract.
