The Eagles are expecting to be without starting quarterback Michael Vick for the next two weeks.
Vick suffered a rib cartilage injury last Sunday as he was sandwiched between two defenders as headed toward the goal line against the Washington Redskins.
X-Rays taken at the stadium came up negative but an MRI on Monday revealed damage to the cartilage that connects the second and third ribs.
"There is some cartilage damage up in there and a small fracture up in there, so maybe a week, maybe two weeks," Vick said. "We'll have to see. I've always been a quick healer. It won't be more than one, two weeks hopefully."
Eagles orthopedist Dr. Art Bartolozzi told the Philadelphia Daily News that Vick's type of injury normally takes two to six weeks to heal.
