Sixers head coach Doug Collins will not be on the bench for tonight's preseason game against the New York Knicks due to symptoms related to a concussion he suffered on Memorial Day, which also forced him to miss last night’s game in Cincinnati, OH against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Collins is undergoing tests today and his next scheduled on-court activity will occur at Sixers’ practice on Friday, October 22.
Associate Head Coach Michael Curry will continue to assume the head coaching responsibilities in Collins' absence.
