The Eagles have officially ruled out starting quarterback Michael Vick (ribs), cornerback Asante Samuel (concussion) and wide receiver Riley Cooper (concussion) for Sunday night's game in San Francisco.
Meanwhile, guard Nick Cole (knee) and running back LeSean McCoy (rib), who practiced on Friday and is expected to play, are both listed as questionable.
Kevin Kolb will get the start at quarterback while Joselio Hanson will take Samuel's place at left cornerback, and Chad Hall is expected to be promoted from the practice squad as the fourth wide receiver. Max Jean-Gilles will also start his second straight game at right guard whether Cole is able to go or not.
Juqua Parker has also regained his starting spot at left defensive end in place of rookie first-round pick Brandon Graham, who has been inconsistent and hampered by a high ankle sprain over the past few weeks.
