(The Phanatic Magazine) - The Atlanta Hawks completed a sign-and-trade transaction on Monday which sent ex-Sixer guard Willie Green to the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for the rights to Sofoklis Schortsanitis.
The move also creates a trade exception for the Hawks.
Green played in 53 regular season contests for Atlanta in 2011-12,
averaging 7.6 ppg and 1.5 rpg in 17.4 mpg.
Schortsanitis was selected by the Clippers in the second round (34th overall) of the 2003 NBA Draft.
