The Philadelphia Flyers reassigned forward Ryan Potulny to the Flyers’ American Hockey League affiliate, the Philadelphia Phantoms.
Potulny, 23, has posted an assist in seven games for the Flyers this season. He has recorded 11 goals and 11 assists for 22 points and 25 penalty minutes in 23 games for the Phantoms this season. He is tied for second on the team in goals with 11.
Over parts of three seasons with the Flyers (2005-06 through 2007-08), Potulny has registered seven goals and seven assists for 14 points and 26 penalty minutes in 44 regular season games. He was originally drafted by the Flyers in the third round (87th overall) of the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
