The Eagles have named Billy Davis as their new defensive coordinator.
Davis was most recently the linebackers coach under new offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur in Cleveland. He was the defensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers from 2005 through 2006 and with Arizona in 2009-10.
For those asking Davis is a 3-4 guy and it appears the Eagles will be making that much-talked about switch.
