Frank Talent, a longtime member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission who was a regular at various Philadelphia boxing, wrestling and MMA events, passed away at the age of 74 on Thursday.

Frank Talent died last night Thursday September 8, 2011 7:55pm. He was a representative for the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission. Talent was Assistant Athletic Commissioner for 38 years, presiding over boxing, roller derby and wrestling. In 75 years he went from a kid raised in an orphanage to a man who was featured on the radio, made appearances on television, wrote columns for the newspaper.
