In a streak to impressive to ignore, Los Angeles Lakers guard and Lower Merion High School grad Kobe Bryant turned in his fourth straight 50-point performance last night.
Bryant hit 50 points on the nose last night in a 111-105 win over the Hornets and has 225 points over his last four games. He had 65, 50 and 60 points over his previous three games.
The only player to have more consecutive 50-point games is former Sixer great Wilt Chamberlain. He had seven in a row during the 1961-62 season.
