Philadelphia, PA. (The Phanatic) - The Philadelphia 76ers announced that forward Shavlik Randolph underwent successful surgery on his fractured and dislocated left ankle at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center last evening.
Dr. Enyi Okereke performed the 75-minute procedure, with 76ers team physician Dr. Jack McPhilemy present. Randolph was discharged from the hospital today and Dr. McPhilemy estimates he will be out for 3-4 months.
