Former Sixers GM John Nash of Comcast Sportsnet is now weighing in. Nash says the Clippers deal may be back on and Philly would send A.I. and either Rodney Carney or Kyle Korver to Hollywood for Corey Maggette, Philly native Cuttino Mobley and either Shaun Livingston or Sam Cassell.
Meanwhile, The Denver Post is still saying the Nuggets lead a tight three-team race for Iverson, citing a Western Conference executive.
The executive is saying the Nuggets, Minnesota Timberwolves and Boston Celtics, in that order, have the best chance of landing Iverson.
"It's a salary dump race," the executive said. "The first team to the Dumpster wins."
