The National Hockey League released its master schedule on Thursday morning, and the league will kick off its regular season on Thursday, October 11 with four contests -- all of which will be broadcast on a national stage.
The Flyers will be part of that evening, hosting the Boston Bruins as part of an American doubleheader to be shown on the NBC Sports Network.
