The Philadelphia Soul have announces the addition of Martin E. Judge, Jr. to the Soul Ownership Group.
Judge is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Judge Group, Inc., located in West Conshohocken, Pa., which is a professional services firm that offers technology consulting, enterprise-wide staffing, and corporate training.
“We are excited to add another professional in Marty, and the Judge Group, to our already strong ownership group and organization,” said Soul Co-Majority Owner Craig Spencer. “Marty is another Philadelphia native who shares our interest in sports. We are all very eager to succeed, which I think will go a long way in bringing a championship back to our hometown.”
Judge founded his company in 1970 and is considered a pioneer in the human capital management industry. He also serves on the board of governors for the Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania and received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Villanova University.
“I could not be more thrilled to join the Soul family,” said Judge. “As a true Philly guy, it’s been a dream of mine to be part of the sports landscape of the city in which I grew up. I am incredibly honored to become a member of an exceptional ownership group because I have the utmost respect for these businessmen. The Soul family is what makes this venture both rewarding and fun.”
Lou Tilley Media Enterprises, a division of The Judge Group, has also recently partnered with the Soul to produce and televise the 2011 season, as well as provide sales and sponsorship services. LTME President Lou Tilley serves as executive producer and does play-by-play on the live broadcasts on WMCN-TV.
