Phils bring up Brown

The Phillies have placed Shane Victorino on the 15-day disabled list retroactive to May 19, with a right hamstring strain and recalled Domonic Brown from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to replace him. The team also optioned Scott Mathieson to Triple-A and recalled David Herndon.
