It's never a Flyers season without someone incurring an injury that requires the franchise's favorite timetable.
On Monday, Flyers general manager Paul Holmgren revealed that second-year winger James van Riemsdyk is day-to-day with a groin injury, and he is doubtful for Tuesday's home game against the Montreal Canadiens.
The New Hampshire product apparently suffered the injury late in Philly's 3-1 loss to New Jersey on Saturday afternoon when he caught his skate in the ice.
