Jim Mora, Jr. will be among the candidates the Eagles will look at to replace Sean McDermott as their defensive coordinator, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Mora was fired as head coach of the Seattle Seahawks after finishing 5-11 in 2009.
Previously Mora was the Seahawks' assistant head coach/secondary coach in 2007 and 2008 and the Atlanta
Falcons' head coach for three seasons. Atlanta went 11-5 in his first year, 8-8 in his second season and 7-9 in his third season. Mora also served as the 49ers' defensive coordinator from 1999-2003.
Meanwhile, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that McDermott is a candidate for the defensive coordinator positions in Denver and Carolina.
