Eagles announce preseason sked

The Philadelphia Eagles open the 2013 preseason schedule against quarterback Tom Brady, head coach Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots at Lincoln Financial Field, a schedule that opens with back-to-back home games.

In Week 2 of the preseason, Carolina comes to town to play at Lincoln Financial Field before the Eagles take to the road to play at Jacksonville and the New York Jets.

The exact time and dates of the preseason games is to be determined. The 2013 NFL regular-season schedule is expected to be released later this month.
