Eagles trade Justice, re-sign Dixon

The Eagles have traded reserve OT Winston Justice and a 6th round draft choice (17th pick) to the Indianapolis Colts for a 6th round draft choice (2nd pick).

The team also announced that they have signed DT Antonio Dixon to a one-year contract. Dixon had been a restricted free agent.

Originally an undrafted free agent signing of the Washington Redskins following the 2009 draft, Dixon (6-3, 322) was claimed off waivers by the Eagles prior to the 2009 season opener. The powerful, run-stuffing defensive tackle has played in 35 games (10 starts), compiling 62 tackles, three sacks and one blocked field goal in his three-year career.

A second round draft choice of the Eagles out of USC in 2006, Justice played in 47 games (31 starts) in six seasons with the club, including 29 starts at right tackle from 2009-10.
