This story just gets more and more bizarre. According to a report on wpvi.com, Channel 6 Action News' website, a search of the vehicle driven by Britt Reid yielded a shotgun, along with "cop killer" hollow point bullets, and suspected drugs.
A second gun was also reportedly recovered from the 21-year-old Reid after police searched the family's home.
Action News says they obtained documents "that show police recovered a Remington police magnum shotgun, 45 caliber bullets, a plastic container with white powder, several baggies with white residue, and a pharmacy container holding a green, leafy substance. "
The ABC report goes on to say that Andy Reid might issue a statement later today.
