Garrett Reid surrenders

Garrett Reid arrived at the Plymouth Township Police Department just before 8:30 a.m. this morning after being charged Thursday with 14 misdemeanor offenses stemming from a high-speed traffic accident in suburban Philadelphia on January 30. The charges include assault, drug possession and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
