PHILADELPHIA – Temple's season-opening game against visiting Penn State on Saturday, Sept. 5 will kickoff at 3:30 p.m.
The game, which will be broadcasted nationally on ESPN, will be the first in Philadelphia for the two schools since Sept. 17, 2011.
The following week Temple will travel to Cincinnati for a Saturday night, American Athletic Conference tilt at 8:00 p.m. in newly refurbished Nippert Stadium. That game will air on ESPNews.
