The Philadelphia Daily News is reporting that the AFL's Soul will be returning to the league next spring.
Ron Jaworski and Craig Spencer will be back to lead the franchise along with Pete Ciarrocchi, of the Chickie’s and Pete’s local restaurant chain. Jon Bon Jovi will not be back as part owner.
