Former Phillies Lenny Dykstra, Todd Pratt, Ryan Franklin, David Bell, Jason Grimsley, Paul Byrd, Bobby Estalella, Benito Santiago and Gary Bennett were named in the Mitchell Report on steroids in baseball.
Only Dykstra and Bell were explicitly linked to performance enhancing drugs while playing for the Phillies, however.
