The Philadelphia 76ers announced today that all 82 regular season games will air regionally with Comcast SportsNet broadcasting 72 games, while CN8, The Comcast Network, and The CW Philly-57 (WPSG-TV) will each air five road games. Additionally, Comcast SportsNet will televise the Sixers-New Jersey preseason game on Friday, Oct. 12.
"We are happy to provide a schedule that allows all of our regular season games to be televised locally thanks to our wonderful relationship with Comcast SportsNet, The CW Philly-57 and CN8, The Comcast Network" said 76ers Senior Vice President of Business Operations Lara Price. "With our core group of veterans returning in Andre Miller, Andre Iguodala, Samuel Dalembert and Kyle Korver, plus the additions of Thaddeus Young and Jason Smith, our team is prepared to carry over the momentum from a strong finish last season."
Comcast SportsNet's 72-game schedule tips off on Wednesday, Oct. 31, (7 p.m.), with the Sixers season-opener at Toronto. Comcast SportsNet will broadcast all 41 regular season home games in high definition.
