Hartnell, Lecavalier out; Raffl and McGinn in

Two main pieces to the offensive puzzle will be out at least one week with injuries suffered during last night's 2-1 home loss to the Phoenix Coyotes.

Scott Hartnell left in the first period and did not return with what was eventually called an upper-body injury, while Vinny Lecavalier left later on with a lower-body issue.

Paul Holmgren has recalled two players from the Adirondack Phantoms to fill the roster spots: Tye McGinn and Michael Raffl.

Both players are listed as available for tonight's game in Detroit, and once Raffl takes a shift it will be the Austrian youngster's first NHL action.

The Flyers, now 1-4-0 on the season, have only won once in the last 25 years on the road against the Red Wings, and that was in January of 2011.
