The Eagles promoted WR Jordan Norwood from practice squad to 53-man roster and cut CB Ramzee Robinson. That may mean DeSean Jackson isn't playing this weekend.
Norwood (5-11, 171) joined the Eagles practice squad on 9/23/09. Originally signed as a rookie free agent by Cleveland after the 2009 NFL Draft, Norwood saw action in three preseason games before being released as part of the Browns final roster cut down.
A four-year letterman at Penn State, Norwood recorded 158 receptions for 2,015 yards and 13 touchdowns, garnering honorable mention All-Big Ten honors as a senior.
