John Paddock has departed Glens Falls for Philadelphia.
The long-time worker within various levels of the Flyers organization will no longer serve as the Adirondack Phantoms' assistant GM and will work with the big club as an assistant coach.
No word yet on who will fill Paddock's vacant slot.
The 58-year-old Manitoba native is a member of the AHL's Hall of Fame and previously served as head coach of the Winnipeg Jets from 1992-95 and for the Ottawa Senators for the majority of the 2007-08 season.
Paddock returned to the Flyers' fold in 2008 for the final season of the Phantoms in Philadelphia as bench boss, then as a replacement head coach for the fired Greg Gilbert during the 2010-11 season.
