The tape, called "Kendra Exposed" is scheduled to be on the selves by the end of May.
Wilkinson's lawyers have reportedly sent a "cease and desist" letter to Vivid Entertainment, claiming the purchase and release of the tape is a "gross violation of Miss Wilkinson's constitutional and common law rights of privacy."
However, Radaronline.com says Wilkinson herself secretly tried to shop the graphic footage before she married Baskett.
Celebrities who have had sex tapes released in the past often balk in front of the cameras for public relations purposes, while making backdoor deals since the tapes generate so much money.
