Thanks Jared for breaking the story. I tried ESPN, MLB, the Daily News and the Inquirer but they were taking much too long. It almost makes you forget that Soriano is going to sign with the Cubs and that McNabb's season, if not career, is done. Great job.

I bet your the guy who voted for Jimmy Rolins for MVP you homer. Way to go on giving Pat Gillick an A- on the Wes Helms move. Lets start counting the days until the Phillies get their rings. If Helms is an A- move, then what will Gillick get for the signing Rudy Seanez or Matt Herges.

I doubt he had a vote...he writes for a blog. Though, on a positive note, you guys kick ass. Is it just the three of you?

There's five guys -- John McMullen, Tim McManus, Steve Lienart, Jared Trexler and Mike Rushton. I think all of them are sports writers, and a couple of them are on the radio too, right?

Great stuff on here always. I'm spreading the word.

Steve Lienert doesn't write on here anywhere. I heard he got a new job.
