It's always bitter with the sweet for the Philadelphia Flyers this season.
Less than 24 hours after scoring his first goal of the season in a 3-1 win over the Canadiens, Zac Rinaldo is expected to be lost through the Olympic break with a high ankle sprain.
"Zac Rinaldo sustained a left high ankle sprain in our game last night. He will be out for approximately six weeks," said Flyers GM Paul Holmgren on Thursday.
The Flyers, who have won 10 straight on home ice, are off until Saturday afternoon when they welcome Tampa Bay.
