Boucher and Lilja clear waivers

As expected, both Brian Boucher and Andreas Lilja have cleared waivers, and will shortly join the Phantoms in Adirondack.

It was reported on Wednesday by Michael Cignoli of the Saratogian that Boucher will wear uniform #1.
