Rollins activated from DL; Utley to see concussion specialist

The Phillies have activated shortstop Jimmy Rollins from the 15-day disabled list, while second baseman Chase Utley didn't make the trip to Milwaukee so he could see concussion specialist Dr. Rob Franks at the Rothman Institute today.
