Phils DFA Dobbs

The Phillies have designated Greg Dobbs for assignment.

The team also activated Jimmy Rollins from the disabled list, recalled Mike Zagurski from Triple-A Lehigh Valley, placed Carlos Ruiz on the DL and sent Scott Mathieson back to LV.
