Lurie won't give anyone No. 20

Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie announced that Brian Dawkins' No. 20 will never be worn by another Eagle as long as he owns the team. Lurie never used the words "retired number" but that's a foregone conclusion once BDawk calls it quits.
