Eagles inquire about Broncos TE Scheffler

The Denver Post says that the Eagles have inquired about Broncos tight end Tony Scheffler but it’s unlikely that the Broncos will trade him.

Not sure this one passes the smell test. Scheffler is too much like Brent Celek.
