Phils send Happ back to minors

The Phillies optioned lefthander J.A. Happ to Class AAA Lehigh Valley of the International League Friday.

The move was made in order to open a spot on the roster for reliever Scott Eyre, who was acquired from the Chicago Cubs on Thursday.
